Lobster Roll @ Dancing Crab

This was long overdue but i thought it would be helpful to add this to my blog in case i am craving for lobster in the future (like 30 years down the road or something)!

Patronising Dancing Crab again in less than two weeks after my last visit here, we decided to try something new and here's where the 'we strongly recommend' crab claw logo came into play.

Lobster roll - i was totally expecting a popiah lookalike although you would have gathered from the above picture that it bore little resemblance and looked more like a hot dog bun with filling in the middle.

That's visual comparison; taste wise, it was in a different class altogether. Extremely pleasing, the toasted buns were fluffy with the right level of crispness that was a perfect holder for the creamy and high quality lobster mayo stuffing! In terms of bread, this was the best i ever have yet it also turned out to be the priciest one!

I am already thinking of what i should have in my next visit. Guess it would be their flaming moonshine tiger prawns; many tables had an order of this so it must be quite good.
