Would you remember your first memory when you travel to a new place? I wouldn't proclaim to recall everything but when it comes to Bangkok, my first memory would be the delicious fried chicken bought from a street hawker that we hungrily devoured in no time!
So, that nice, fuzzy memory was recently rekindled on my trip to Thailand's capital in March, especially when I had to walk past the same street hawker daily since it was on the route from the hotel to Phrom Phong BTS station.
The mouthwatering aroma of the fried chicken, and the moments when you can hear the deliciousness from the popping of the boiling hot oil. I finally caved in a day before I was supposed to fly back home.
It was still a hard decision for me to make... I am so not going to get all three kinds. Or maybe I should? Anyway, when it comes to fried chicken, I prefer thigh and wings; honed from the few years I was working in Kentucky Fried Chicken!
So fried chicken wing it shall be!
Maybe because I was given wings that were not as freshly fried, they had already lost their warm touch. Regardless, it was bite after bite of plain, simple goodness with crisp skin and without the heavy batter that some fried chicken had, although not as unforgettable my "first" memory.

Location
Near Phrom Phong BTS Station,
Right of UOB Plaza, Bangkok
As above. I am guessing my wings cost 17 baht.
