Woowfles by Bakery Cuisine - Classic Chocolate Waffle @ Toa Payoh Bus Interchange in Singapore

Despite being of a relatively mature age, craving is a temptation that I do find hard to resist at times. Just today, I was so looking forward for a few morsels of local waffle that I persuaded Jovyn to join me in sharing one.

Two popping out when I searched for waffles at Toa Payoh central area, and this Woowfles by Bakery Cuisine was chosen simply because of a better review score of 3.5 on Google Maps, with three favorable reviews just on waffles.

Categorised into plain, classic and premium, with various pricings; I had already decided what I wanted even before I saw the menu. It would have to be with filling, and chocolate it shall be! On second thought, the peanut chocolate would have been a luxurious yet more sinful selection. 

Freshly made, I had already pre-requested for a crispier texture. 

Hence, the wait shall be slightly longer than five minutes. 

Honestly, the light shade of the cooked waffles didn't give me much confidence on its crispiness. Oh well, I can still ingest it (no food wastage of course), so long the batter was cooked.

Gosh, it was a generous amount! 

Can't wait to dig it, even though it was still hot to the touch! Regretted rejecting the plastic bag as it would have made holding the thin paper bag slightly more bearable! 

Crisp it sure was and boy was it aromatic! Insides weren't as fluffy as I expected but this was immediately forgiven after I got a huge infusion of the thick and rich chocolate sauce. Craving, satisfied.
